Grief Support Services

Grief Support Specialists are part of the care team for hospice patients and their families. Our professional staff will meet with the patient and family to help them cope with the difficulties of facing a life threatening illness and provide continuing support for loved ones and family members after the death of the patient. Grief Support volunteers are also available to provide additional support and services.
